Automatically copy file field contents to text field

I have a PHP upload form, but i want the contents of the file field (containing the path to file being uploaded) to be automatically copied to another normal text field in the same form.

How can i do this?

I download the PHP module, but I want the file contents of the field (including the path of the file is loaded) and automatically copied to the other field in the same plain text format.
