Fine Arts tend to be traditional by means of technique, medium and practice. And it's a wide concept that includes music, dance, theater etc.

In a creative context, the fields of industrial design, functional art are all Applied Arts and classifieds under the heading 'Decorative Arts.' & Fine art includes painting, drawing, original artist produced prints in signed, photography as indicated by the guidelines for the Fine Arts.

Although these fields are very wide but in a concise manner and in few words, Decorative means about to beautify the things (decorating the pots), Graphics means like designing some logo and Fine art basically includes paintings, photography etc.
