There is some problem occur in my PC due to virus thats why MS Access is not working properly.

Virus can affect your whole system deeply with your file and tool, so scan your PC with the license version of anti-virus, try it.
in this case I think you should install anti-virus program identification ms access program is safe and does not check the virus scan. If you feel the program are not correct anymore you reinstall the other ms access. Havefun.

Problem With MS Access
Troubleshooting an Access database is fairly simple. There's several steps you should always take, and it doesn't hurt to take them before the problems arise!
The problem now is that when I save a new record through an Access form.
The data is successfully saved to the database but all of the field datain the data-entry form is replaced by the Deleted code and the newrecord is not included in the dataset for the form.
If I requery thetable it refreshes the data and the new data is found, but the form gets redisplayed showing the first record in the recordset
