B2b advertising and b2c advertising?
What is the difference between B2b advertising and b2c advertising?

The bottom line is that the difference between B2B and B2C marketing comes down to the buyers’ emotional perspective about the purchase. Consumers make buying decisions based on status, security, comfort and quality. Business buyers make buying decisions based on increasing profitability, reducing costs and enhancing productivity. As you create your marketing plan for the coming year, remember what is important to your target audience and create your marketing programs to speak to them.

I think that B2C advertising is distinct from B2B in 2 ways. First, I think that in general, B2C advertising spends more money and time figuring out the message and vehicle than B2B, and they think outside the box. Second, I think that B2C has more license to take risk and present a distinctly "unprofessional" (irreverent, zany) brand personality. B2B should take notes on the first distinction--and put more time and thought (and resources in general) into their advertising. But B2B needs to be careful not to be zany or irreverent becasue such adjectives are often synonyms for unprofessional.
