    Quitting smoking benefits you, your friends, your loved ones, strangers you meet on the street, you name it. Everyone around you benefits when you stop smoking. But how do you do it? It seems so easy, a simple phrase; "I want to quit smoking." But in reality it is one of the hardest habits for people to break.

    Physical dependence on nicotine actually happening with a week or when you quit smoking. But psychological dependence manifested as cravings can last long after you actually leave.

    Hey that's certainly a great topic and I think people should take it seriously and should be aware for their healths. I would say that not only smoking but we should stay far away from all such kind of drugs, because they are destroying are body.
