There are many softwares are available to HTML editing like Adobe Dream weaver, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Expression Studio Web Pro, Microsoft Expression Studio Ultimate,. Evrsoft First Page,but the best software is Dream weaver.its very easy to use and you can easily edit the HTML code.

There are many HTML software available in the market, but the best HTML software is, HTML WYSIWYG Editors, HTML Text Editors, Aptana Studio ans PSPad, CoffeeCup, these all are the best software for HTML editing.

I use Visual Studio but only because most of the work I do is in .net, if I'm doing something simple then I'd use Dreamweaver neither are free I'm afraid.Notepad++ supports highlighting for a lot of languages if you're doing some small amounts of editing.
