There is a major difference between choosing fonts for web as opposed to print. With print design, your completed piece will display the font specified during the design process.

Graphic design is too used for logo designing and printing, while the web design means the making of web while they are sometimes confused but they’re totally different.

In graphic design, you will deal with logo designing and printing, and web designing refers to creating web and lay out and all of you have shared good knowledge about this.

in many ways similar to a graphic designer and name. They please use the same technology and Web tools for creating both websites and graphic design. The main difference between them is thinking. Graphic designer, consider the case a more innovative, but they have the imagination, focused primarily on validation and XHTML CSS.

Graphic Design would focus on how to design graphically pleasing layouts. You would learn about color theory, typefaces, the relationship between design elements when placed on a page and just generally how to make things, either printed or displayed in another way, look appealing.

Web Design would require many of the skills of a good graphic designer but also, you'd need to learn how to write web pages. You'd probably start by learning HTML (hyper text mark up language) which is the scripting language web pages are made up of. You'd move on to current and updated languages like XML and cascading style sheets.

Though I don't know for sure, I suspect a web designer would make more money.

In a lot of ways it is similar to the graphic designer and name. They both use the same know-how and Web tools to generate a web-site or graphic design. Their main difference is that thinking. Graphic designer thinks more innovative cases; they have the imagination, but focused mostly on CSS and XHTML validation.

Their difference is very vague since they usually go hand-in-hand.

These two things may really have some things in common but they are generally very different in terms of those functionalities of their expected outputs.

Web Designing - Web designing involves building and maintaining websites and requires a lot of programming knowledge on the part of the designer. A web designer must be well versed with the latest programming knowledge such as CSS, PHP, Ruby on Rails, HTML, XHTML and many more.

Graphic Design - Graphics are integral part of any website right from the background image to button controls which appears on top of any webpage. Graphic designers must always maintain the appearance of the site so that it looks appealing to all users and keep them busy on the site.
