Yes, Google will consider the backlinks of Facebook but as no follow backlinks because Facebook is not providing you do follow backlinks. So Facebook backlinks are beneficial to increase your website traffic, it has provided you huge traffic on your website.

Facebook links are no follow links but its useful to get traffic to your website. Facebook profile page link gives you backlink but not every link.
