Social bookmarking is my favorite because it may increase backlinks to your site. If your post rank on the first page, the backlink will have a high value. You will see a significant improvement in the ranking of its search engine. You must submit to the popular social bookmarking sites that have page rank high. I do link building through commenting, mainly commenting on blogs, and forums, these links are helpful as well. You can also comment on high pr blogs and high pr forums relevant to your site as well.
